I am a performer that works at many many different communities in the southeast. As such, I get a special glimpse of the amenities, features, and staff of a lot of different places. Evergreen communities stand out to me as easily a step above the others. Beautiful, modern construction, gorgeously laid out neighborhoods and top of the line common areas are just the start. Evergreen staffers possess a family like camaraderie and their attention to detail and their members is outstanding. The events are packed with fun, amazing decorations, five star food and superb entertainment. There always is a surprise of some type that greets the members upon arrival or later during an event. It’s obvious to me as an outsider that the staffers love what they do and the members love where they live.
People like Mandy Morgan always strive for the best possible event, yet always aim to make the next event even better. Comment cards are available to each member at each event and the staff encourage all positive and negative feedback. Forever working on making the lifestyle experience the absolute best it can be is a commitment that Evergreen takes very seriously. It is always a pleasure to be a part of an Evergreen event!

Joe and I moved in after the old management company left so we don’t know what it was like then; but, we are very pleased with Evergreen Management. You have taken care of all the issues that have appeared in a timely manner. The clubhouse looks great and I’m glad the exit safety issues were taken care of. Joe and I have no complaints and are overall very pleased.
I would like to commend Tyler on his diligence and professionalism in handling the problems that arise in the community. He has always been a professional and has extensively helped with issues involving our community service providers. Tyler’s updates are a welcome part of the community.
I deal with many management companies and I must say you are by far the best , you really know how to hold the community together ( I don’t know how you do it ) . You always have a smile on your face. I have never seen you upset. I would rate your management company five stars because of you. Thanks for everything you do.

Del Webb, Ave Maria, recently had their Social Director resign and Kelly Guarascio has so kindly stepped up to keep our Oasis Club running strong, keeping our activities going while continuing her normal responsibilities. She is always available for the residents here at Del Webb, Ave Maria to help in any way and I really appreciate that. I know she is actively looking for a replacement for the currently position as Director at the Oasis Club with all the residents in mind to find the best fit for our community. Our properties are well maintained and I know Kelly is on top of this every day too.
But, the real reason I am writing this note is because I recently attended a social gathering at the Oasis Club and saw Kelly handle a very upset resident who was upset over, what I thought to be such a minor concern, with excellent professionalism and understanding of this residents concerns. Kelly calmed this resident down and defused the situation that was starting to get ugly. I was extremely impressed. I usually do not write this type of letter but just could not let this observation pass without acknowledgement.
On a more personal note, Kelly does a fantastic job at the Oasis and in our community. Our community is well maintained, clean and it is a pleasure to live in this wonderful Del Webb community. Kelly has the unique ability to oversee our community with the upmost professionalism and it is my opinion that Kelly is a fantastic asset to our community.
PS: A quick note about, Ben, at the Gold Club here at Ave Maria. I am not a member of Panther Run, but decided to take golf lessons. I never held a golf club in my hand and may I say how fantastic, kind and understanding Ben is. Such a gentlemen!! He has the patients of a saint. I really enjoyed taking lessons with Ben, another great asset to our community.

ELM has proved to be an asset in serving the needs of The Plantation community and continue in their efforts to set the standard for excellence.
Just wanted to put in writing what I keep telling you in person GREAT JOB. We have been here one year on Friday and have seen incredible changes since you and Evergreen took over. Your progress with Girard is amazing and has everyone talking in a positive way. I have been on the landscape committee and heard all the bad, ugly, and now almost all “good” comments.
Your monthly coffee’s are creating a cohesive atmosphere and your response to the long list of resident requests keeps getting shorter. You have succeeded in calming even the most alarmed and armed residents. There are also less rumors and more truth thanks to your open door policy. Your speech about the staff getting on the team or not being here was excellent and there has been a noticeable change in the clubhouse.
Carlin is doing a super job. Her sock hop was one of the best things at Vitalia It was well planned and well run with a great DJ and her Root Beer Floats that we are still talking about. I know this is just the first of many successful parties. Best of all we now have a realistic working back gate finally. Now if we can just get the lights in the big room done as you hope, you may have filled our wish list.

Their properties are a pleasure to work on, and their staff always show us respect and kindness. We have worked with Evergreen staff for some time now, and can’t speak highly enough of them. My husband Rob and I are closing on our beautiful new home. From all the additional communication we have received, you and your team are without a doubt – the “Top Rated HOA in the Lakeland area”, and are on-site and available to support home owners, a great percentage of the time. I truly look forward to getting involved in this exceptional community! We are so impressed with this area…and can’t want to call “Terra Largo” home!
I’m sure you get more than your share of negative feedback from homeowners. I’d like to make an exception to that. I moved to Amelia Walk last October. I previously lived in a beautiful development in Lower Gwynedd, PA. We had rules and an active HOA with a very active property manager. Lots of folks wanted to “do their own thing,” but the rules were well thought out and everyone was expected to follow them – and the result was a community that had great curb appeal and property values grew and grew. It was a very desirable location and people wanted to move there. So I’m a great believer in the value of well-managed properties for all f the property owners.
It is clear that Amelia Walk has had several periods of lax attention while developers were up in the air. But, I must say that in my short time here, I’ve seen great improvement since Wesley came on board.
Wesley is responsive, proactive, inviting and visible. He sees something that needs to be addressed and he goes about finding a reasonable solution. He points out what can and cannot be done. Even if you don’t particularly like his answer to a question, you know that he has fully researched and thought out his response. I absolutely love that he communicates with home owners regularly. He is a great asset to our community. I truly appreciate all that he does to make Amelia Walk a place where people want to live!
Amy has a done a great job of developing and executing all types of events and activities for our community. As a result, our community engagement has increased. It is great to see all of the positive feedback. Amy also is very attentive to her residents. She accepts suggestions, ideas, and feedback with a smile and the best part is that she responds to emails promptly.
