When Evergreen Lifestyles Management was founded, we set out to create a different kind of Management Company. “Golf is more than just a game, it’s a lifestyle. There’s nothing like stepping onto a well-kept course to play a round with good friends on a beautiful day. That’s the feeling we want to promote in every community we manage.”  The result has been tremendous growth and satisfaction to both our company and the communities.

Kraig has been in the community development field for more than a decade. Since his reign, Evergreen has seen tremendous growth and earned a reputation for quality, consistency, and innovation.

Art Burnside

Chief Information Officer

A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Art holds a Bachelor’s Degree as well as 30 years of experience in a wide variety of roles within the Information Technology profession. Art is dedicated to providing the security, tools and automation required for growth and success.

Mandy Morgan, LCAM, CMCA, AMS

Chief Operating Officer

With over 25 years experience in the financial industry, Mandy brings a wealth of expertise and perspective to the Community Association industry. Mandy has played a major role in the growth of Evergreen Lifestyles.

Dennese Martinez

Chief Financial Officer

Dennese has 25 years of Accounting experience with Nonprofits and Government Accounting. She has worked with auditors and CPA’s on extensive audits delivering great success. Her Education includes a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University. Dennese also has 10 years’ experience in Property Management and working with HOA’s. She has lead many teams in developing strategic plans and policy and procedures for accounting teams.

Rose Wallace, LCAM

Regional Manager - South Florida

Rose joins Evergreen Lifestyles Management as the South Regional Director with close to a decade of HOA management experience. In addition to being a highly-experienced property manager, she also has an extensive background as Executive Director and Director of Marketing & Sales for Senior Living Communities in Florida, Kentucky and Indiana.

Bob Johnson, LCAM

Regional Manager - North Florida

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Bob joined the Evergreen family in August 2017. His experience includes facility management and portfolio community management. Bob has a degree in Finance with a background in accounting/finance, database development and sports TV production. With over 5 years of leadership experience, Bob aims to consistently bring a positive and professional approach to the portfolio CAM role.

Todd Moseley, LCAM

Regional Manager - East Florida

Todd joined the Evergreen family in December of 2016. He brings nearly a decade of community association experience in portfolio and on-site condo management to Evergreen. With 15 years of film production, construction, HVAC, service industry, maintenance and warehouse management; he works hard to bridge the gap between Board member/homeowner and client/vendor relationships.

Joey Arroyo, LCAM

Senior Community Manager Central Florida - Portfolio

Joey joined the Evergreen Lifestyles Management family in October 2018 as an Area Manager-Portfolio Communities. While serving as President of his own association for four years, he decided in order to better understand the HOA industry he would need his CAM license. That was almost twenty years ago. He now brings all of that HOA management experience together with his success in sales and marketing to assist Evergreen Lifestyles in growing to new heights. Director of Customer Care

Born in Rota, Spain and raised in a military family, with 15 years of experience in customer service, Jennifer brings a natural ability of adaptation and hospitality to the Customer Care Department.

Stacey Durkes

Assistant Financial Controller

Stacey joined Evergreen in 2017. Her education includes a Master’s Degree in Accounting from New England College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Trine University. Together with her education and 18 years of accounting experience, Stacey is dedicated to make Evergreen a superior property management company.

Patti Ferris, LCAM

Executive Director of Administrative Services

Patti has worked in just about every aspect from receptionist to accounts payable clerk to community manager all the way to assistant division manager in 2014. She decided it was time for a change and followed some dear friends to a growing young company called Evergreen Lifestyles Management in 2015.

Debbie Karel, LCAM

Corporate Compliance Manager

A native of Florida, born and raised in Daytona Beach.  Debbie has been in the Community Association industry since 1991 and has an extensive background in customer service in addition to administrative and managerial skills.

Amy Mallinder

Regional Lifestyle Director - Central Florida

Amy graduated from USC Beaufort with a degree in Business. Amy joined Evergreen team as a part timer, and quickly moved through the ranks in the Lifestyle area. Amy now leads the Central Florida Lifestyle programs as well as her using her technical skills to keep the Evergreen website and social media current.

Lynzi Chambers

Regional Lifestyle Director - North Florida

Lynzi joined Evergreen in 2016 as a Lifestyles Director in North Florida. As a North Florida native Lynzi appreciates the value of small communities and strives to incorporate events and activities that bring residents closer together while promoting the community spirit. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida where she obtained a degree in Business Management.

Sandra Reynolds

Director of Lifestyle Services

Sandra is originally from Bogota, Colombia. She has been in the United States for 15 years, working in the hospitality industry. Sandra has been with Hampton Golf Clubs/Evergreen for 10 years. She came to the States to do her internship for her Hospitality Management degree.

Jamie Stevens, LCAM

Area Manager - Central Florida Portfolio

Jamie is originally from a small town in Kansas and relocated to Florida in 2002. Jamie has been in the Property Management industry for 13 years in a variety of positions from Onsite Condos to being a Portfolio Community Manager for Homeowners Associations. She currently manages a Portfolio of communities in Central Florida.

Michelle Saunders, LCAM

Community Manager - Victoria Park | Senior CAM

Michelle Saunders recently joined the Evergreen team bringing 11 years of experience in the community association industry. She was also a past Board Member of the Community Association Institute – Central Florida Chapter and has managed active adult, golf course and large master planned communities throughout Central Florida.

Tiffany Csalovszki, LCAM

Portfolio Manager - North Florida | Senior CAM

Tiffany joined Evergreen in 2017 as a Portfolio Manager in North Florida. She brings over 10 years’ experience in all realms of Property Management including multifamily apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family associations. One of the areas Tiffany thrives in, is developer relations on new construction communities, as well as educating new homeowners on the transition from a developer run board to a homeowner run board.

Yesenia Velez, LCAM

Portfolio Manager - Central Florida | Senior CAM

Prior to joining Evergreen Lifestyles Management I worked for a Community Management firm and managed several portfolios, which included working with on of the largest Master Planned developments in the country for over 14 years. My greatest strengths are my drive, ingenuity and leadership. I thrive on challenges, particularly those that expand the companies reach as well as achieving community goals.

Rudy Bautista

Community Manager

Rudy comes with 14 years’experience and knowledge in the horticulture industry, lawn maintenance and agronomy and landscape installation field. He has been certified for GI-BMP, Rain Bird Irrigation Training and Hunter Irrigation Courses. He is also well versed with PRO Landscape Design software series. Andrea comes to Evergreen with 15 years of experience in residential property management. At her last position she served multiple roles including training and mentoring of new team members for the Northwest and Southern California Regions. Cameron Gardiner, LCAM

Community Manager

Cameron joined the Evergreen Lifestyles Management family in June of 2018. He is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University. Cameron has five years management experience managing luxury high rise Condominiums and Homeowner Associations totaling over 2,500 doors. He specializes in project management, contract management, access control, client relations, financial planning, and strategy implementation

Community Manager

Cathy joined Evergreen Lifestyles Management Team in September 2017. She joins us with an extensive background in Community Property Management Financials, customer service and accounting. Cathy is originally from New Jersey and the Pocono Mountains in PA. Cathy is currently an onsite community manager and lifestyles director of a growing community in SWFL Region

Communtiy Manager

After serving in the US Army, Cheri decided to get her CAM and Real Estate Licenses. She has over 25 years’ experience including both portfolio and on-site management, Senior Management Director as well as 3 years as a legal assistant in community association law. Cheri's strengths include planning and organizational skills together with proven resourcefulness and initiative which enable the successful management of numerous tasks simultaneously

Dayna Patrick, LCAM

Community Manager

After 16 years of living on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” in the Florida Panhandle, Dayna returned to Central Florida in 2013 to continue pursuing a career in community association management. Dayna has experience with Developer and Homeowner-controlled communities, with a strong background in contract negotiations, budgeting and a focus on customer relations with positive communications.

Community Manager - Amelia Walk

Jennifer joins Evergreen in the North Florida area as a Portfolio Manager. Jen has 8 years combined property management experience and 10 years of accounting experience with a degree in Business Management and Accounting.

Jessica Battistone, LCAM

Portfolio Manager - Tampa

A Florida native, Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications from the University of Central Florida. With over 10 years experience in the property management and real estate industry, she has established an excellent reputation for results and quality of service throughout a variety of positions. Jessica is currently managing a portfolio of homeowner associations in the Tampa area.

Keegan Mathur, LCAM

Portfolio Community Manager

Keegan was born and raised in Michigan. Prior to his roles with Evergreen he worked in film production and photography. He relocated to Central Florida and joined the lifestyles team with Evergreen in 2016. He has worked in various roles throughout the company since then. Keegan currently manages a portfolio of communities throughout Osceola and Polk County.

Linda Pistoia, LCAM

Portfolio Community Manager

Linda has over 25 years of property management experience in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Arizona areas. She became a Florida resident in 2017, and received her Community Association Manager's license in 2018. Linda approaches her position as a Portfolio Manager at Evergreen Lifestyles Management with an energetic, positive, and dedicated outlook. She has a passion for cooking and in 2018 received the MVP award from Evergreen Lifestyles Management.

Shayna Talbert, LCAM

Community Manager

Shayna Talbert a Jacksonville native, joins Evergreen Lifestyles Management as a Licensed Community Association Manager with a degree in Business Management. Shayna was introduced to the property management industry in 2008 where she worked her way up from an accounting clerk to the property manager of the largest planned development in North Florida. Shayna believes in developing community relationships through transparency and a willingness to listen. Shayna is recognized by others for her passionate nature and dedication to helping others.

Portfolio Manager

Shelly returned to Florida in 2014, with her kids, after many years of being a Volunteer Military Command Ombudsman in Gulfport, Mississippi. Prior to her return to Florida, Shelly received a Degree in Philosophy and graduated Cum Laude. With a strong customer service background with her focus being on leadership development and management Shelly decided to begin a career in Community Association Management. Lifestyle Director - Villages of Bridgewater

Chris Washburn is a native New Yorker moving to Florida in 2004. She brings over 25 years’ experience in Recreation and Leisure services for various City/County local governments and municipalities. Chris lives in Plant City and is excited to be the newest member of the Evergreen team serving as Lifestyle Director for The Villages of Bridgewater, in Lakeland FL.

Lifestyle Director - Victoria Gardens

Evelyn relocated from Connecticut in 2004 where she worked in the Telecommunications industry for about 20 years. Evelyn has extensive Customer Service skills.  She has been the Lifestyles field for about 7 years with a recent promotion to Lifestyles Director at Victoria Garden.  Evelyn enjoys every bit of what she does, her goal is to provide the best events for all residents to enjoy.

Lifestyle Director - Solivita

Born and raised in Florida, Jana graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management from one of the top hospitality universities in the nation, Florida International University, located in Miami, FL. With over 14 years of Lifestyles Activities experience, it her consistent goal to provide the best events to the residents in the community she serves.

Jenny Hoey

Lifestyle Director - Terralago

Jenny Hoey moved to Lakeland, Florida from Miami where she worked in the non-profit sector.  She has over 30 years of high level administrative and customer service experience across multiple industries. Born in Lima, Peru she’s also lived in Venezuela and is a fluent Spanish speaker.  Her passions are cooking and traveling when she is not working at Terralargo as a Lifestyles Administrator since 2014.

Lifestyle Director - Solterra

Growing up all over Sam was born in Vermont but moved to Florida in 2009 and has been in the Orlando area since. She went to school for communications, and her background is in luxury brand hospitality. Her area of expertise is in food and beverage, with experience in events as well. Sam is excited to have joined the Solterra Community as the Lifestyles Director and Café Manager.

Sheri Wollschlager

Club Manager - Solivita

Sheri received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in Recreation and her Master Degree in Public Administration from Troy University. She has worked in the field of recreation and management since 1989 and enthusiastically runs the Lifestyles program at one of the largest active adult communities in Central Florida for over 16 years.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York Sydney moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2014. Sydney has experience in event planning for a wide range of industries including Senior Living and local government. With a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts, Sydney loves using her creativity to produce unique and memorable events.

South Florida Region Administrator

Nella was born in Indiana where she lived on a farm until her family moved to Florida. Her mother got Nella into the Community Management business and her career began. Over the years Nella has enjoyed being in the background of the day to day operations of Community Management.

Gloria Hernandez, LCAM

Senior Community Standards Manager

Gloria is originally from Miami, FL. She relocated to Central Florida with her family, she earned a degree in business administration while attending college. Gloria has been a licensed real estate broker since 2005 and a licensed community manager since 2011.

Gris Romero

Collections Officer

A native to Brooklyn, NY, Gris relocated with her family to Orlando, FL in 2001.  Gris joined the Evergreen Family in August of 2017. She has a degree in General Studies with coursework in Real Estate and Business Management.  As a former Florida Registered Paralegal, Gris has 9 years of experience in the Mortgage Foreclosure and Lien Foreclosure field.
