When Evergreen Lifestyles Management was founded, we set out to create a different kind of Management Company. “Golf is more than just a game, it’s a lifestyle. There’s nothing like stepping onto a well-kept course to play a round with good friends on a beautiful day. That’s the feeling we want to promote in every community we manage.”  The result has been tremendous growth and satisfaction to both our company and the communities.

A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Art holds a Bachelor’s Degree as well as 30 years of experience in a wide variety of roles within the Information Technology profession. Art is dedicated to providing the security, tools and automation required for growth and success.

Regional Manager of North Florida

Wesley is disciplined in multiple industries including law, community association management, land surveying, and unmanned aerial systems. He truly brings a plethora of knowledge as he oversees our tremendous growth in the North Florida region.

Mandy Morgan, LCAM, CMCA, AMS

Regional Manager of Central Florida

With over 25 years experience in the financial industry, Mandy brings a wealth of expertise and perspective to the Community Association industry. Mandy has played a major role in the growth of Evergreen Lifestyles.

Rose Wallace, LCAM

Regional Manager - South Florida

Rose joins Evergreen Lifestyles Management as the South Regional Director with close to a decade of HOA management experience. In addition to being a highly-experienced property manager, she also has an extensive background as Executive Director and Director of Marketing & Sales for Senior Living Communities in Florida, Kentucky and Indiana.

Stacey Durkes

Assistant Financial Controller

Stacey joined Evergreen in 2017. Her education includes a Master’s Degree in Accounting from New England College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Trine University. Together with her education and 18 years of accounting experience, Stacey is dedicated to make Evergreen a superior property management company.

Director of Homeowner and Client Services

Angelica has been in the Customer Service industry for over 25 years. She currently leads our Transfers and Disclosures Team. Angelica has worked in Europe and throughout the United States from start up companies to fortune 500's .

Jennifer Hurdle

Customer Care Manager

Born in Rota, Spain and raised in a military family, with 15 years of experience in customer service, Jennifer brings a natural ability of adaptation and hospitality to the Customer Care Department.

Joey Arroyo, LCAM

Area Manager - Portfolio

Joey joined the Evergreen Lifestyles Management family in October 2018 as an Area Manager-Portfolio Communities. While serving as President of his own association for four years, he decided in order to better understand the HOA industry he would need his CAM license. That was almost twenty years ago. He now brings all of that HOA management experience together with his success in sales and marketing to assist Evergreen Lifestyles in growing to new heights. Andrew joined Evergreen’s team in 2016 with a background in Retail, Hospitality, and Customer Service.  He has over six years of leadership experience and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Area Manager - New Smyrna Beach

Todd joined the Evergreen family in December of 2016. He brings more than 5 years of Community Association Management experience in portfolio and on-site condo management to Evergreen. With 15 years of film production, construction, HVAC, service industry, maintenance and warehouse management; he works hard to bridge the gap between Board member/homeowner and client/vendor relationships.

Community Manager - Solterra

Doug moved to Florida from Teaneck, New Jersey in 2004 and has a degree in Visual Communications. With a background also in fitness and recreation, Doug has helped others obtain a healthy, positive lifestyle. He has worked within the Community Management field for 10 years and has a passion for customer service.

Community Manager - Amelia Walk

Jennifer joins Evergreen in the North Florida area as a Portfolio Manager. Jen has 8 years combined property management experience and 10 years of accounting experience with a degree in Business Management and Accounting.

Tyler’s experience includes portfolio community management and on-site master planned community management, as well as prior leadership roles in education.

Gloria Hernandez, LCAM

Senior Community Standards Manager

Gloria is originally from Miami, FL. She relocated to Central Florida with her family, she earned a degree in business administration while attending college. Gloria has been a licensed real estate broker since 2005 and a licensed community manager since 2011.

Dayna Patrick, LCAM

Community Manager

After 16 years of living on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” in the Florida Panhandle, Dayna returned to Central Florida in 2013 to continue pursuing a career in community association management. Dayna has experience with Developer and Homeowner-controlled communities, with a strong background in contract negotiations, budgeting and a focus on customer relations with positive communications.

Michelle Saunders, LCAM

Community Manager - Victoria Park

Michelle Saunders recently joined the Evergreen team bringing 11 years of experience in the community association industry. She was also a past Board Member of the Community Association Institute – Central Florida Chapter and has managed active adult, golf course and large master planned communities throughout Central Florida.

Alejandro Sira, LCAM

Portfolio Manager - Lakeland

Alejandro came to Evergreen in 2015 with a background in local and federal government with over five years experience in both spectrums. Alejandro is originally from Venezuela and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Jamie Stevens, LCAM

Portfolio Manager - Central Florida

Jamie is originally from a small town in Kansas and relocated to Florida in 2002. Jamie has been in the Property Management industry for 13 years in a variety of positions from Onsite Condos to being a Portfolio Community Manager for Homeowners Associations. She currently manages a Portfolio of communities in Central Florida.

Jessica Battistone, LCAM

Portfolio Manager - Tampa

A Florida native, Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications from the University of Central Florida. With over 10 years experience in the property management and real estate industry, she has established an excellent reputation for results and quality of service throughout a variety of positions. Jessica is currently managing a portfolio of homeowner associations in the Tampa area.
Amber Cox, Portfolio Manager for Evergreen Lifestyle Management, received her A.A. Degree in Political Science at Florida Community College of Jacksonville and later obtaining a A.S. Degree in Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College in Florida. She has nearly 10 years of experience in property management and paralegal services, and fulfills portfolio management duties in the northeast region of Evergreen Lifestyle Management. Yesenia Velez, LCAM

Portfolio Manager - Central Florida

Prior to joining Evergreen Lifestyles Management I worked for a Community Management firm and managed several portfolios, which included working with on of the largest Master Planned developments in the country for over 14 years. My greatest strengths are my drive, ingenuity and leadership. I thrive on challenges, particularly those that expand the companies reach as well as achieving community goals.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Bob joined the Evergreen family in August 2017. His experience includes facility management and portfolio community management. Bob has a degree in Finance with a background in accounting/finance, database development and sports TV production. With over 5 years of leadership experience, Bob aims to consistently bring a positive and professional approach to the portfolio CAM role.
Tiffany joined Evergreen in 2017 as a Portfolio Manager in North Florida. She brings over 10 years’ experience in all realms of Property Management including multifamily apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family associations. One of the areas Tiffany thrives in, is developer relations on new construction communities, as well as educating new homeowners on the transition from a developer run board to a homeowner run board.

Shelly returned to Florida in 2014, with her kids, after many years of being a Volunteer Military Command Ombudsman in Gulfport, Mississippi. Prior to her return to Florida, Shelly received a Degree in Philosophy and graduated Cum Laude. With a strong customer service background with her focus being on leadership development and management Shelly decided to begin a career in Community Association Management. Corporate Office Manager

Patti has worked in just about every aspect from receptionist to accounts payable clerk to community manager all the way to assistant division manager in 2014. She decided it was time for a change and followed some dear friends to a growing young company called Evergreen Lifestyles Management in 2015.

South Florida Region Administrator

Nella was born in Indiana where she lived on a farm until her family moved to Florida. Her mother got Nella into the Community Management business and her career began. Over the years Nella has enjoyed being in the background of the day to day operations of Community Management.

Corporate Compliance Manager

A native of Florida, born and raised in Daytona Beach.  Debbie has been in the Community Association industry since 1991 and has an extensive background in customer service in addition to administrative and managerial skills. 

Sandra Reynolds

Director of Lifestyle Services

Sandra is originally from Bogota, Colombia. She has been in the United States for 15 years, working in the hospitality industry. Sandra has been with Hampton Golf Clubs/Evergreen for 10 years. She came to the States to do her internship for her Hospitality Management degree.

Lynzi Chambers

Regional Lifestyle Director - North Florida

Lynzi joined Evergreen in 2016 as a Lifestyles Director in North Florida. As a North Florida native Lynzi appreciates the value of small communities and strives to incorporate events and activities that bring residents closer together while promoting the community spirit. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida where she obtained a degree in Business Management.

Amy Mallinder

Regional Lifestyle Director - Central Florida

Amy graduated from USC Beaufort with a degree in Business. Amy joined Evergreen team as a part timer, and quickly moved through the ranks in the Lifestyle area. Amy now leads the Central Florida Lifestyle programs as well as her using her technical skills to keep the Evergreen website and social media current.

Judy Manpel moved to Land O Lakes, Florida from a small town in upstate New York 6 years ago. Prior to retirement, she traveled the USA as a corporate sales training manager for a national advertising firm. A previous career was as an Assistant Vice President and lending officer of a bank. She has over 30 years of high level administrative and customer service experience across multiple industries. Eric came to Evergreen with over 14 years experience in Event Management, Country Club Management and Catering Sales. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Management. In 2016 he won the “Hospitality Gold Key Award” One of Marriott’s highest awards and continues that great service to all his residents and guests.

Sheri Wollschlager

Club Manager - Solivita

Sheri received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in Recreation and her Master Degree in Public Administration from Troy University. She has worked in the field of recreation and management since 1989 and enthusiastically runs the Lifestyles program at one of the largest active adult communities in Central Florida for over 16 years.

Leslie Boehlert

Lifestyle Director - Vitalia

Leslie was working as a Disaster Assistant Employee for FEMA. This led to a full time community Relations Manager for the Federal Emergency Management Agency back in the mainland. She has always had an affinity for working with seniors, which led to becoming the Executive Director of a Senior Center before moving to Florida. Leslie has been working for Evergreen at Vitalia planning events for their residents.

Jenny Hoey

Lifestyle Director - Terralago

Jenny Hoey moved to Lakeland, Florida from Miami where she worked in the non-profit sector.  She has over 30 years of high level administrative and customer service experience across multiple industries. Born in Lima, Peru she’s also lived in Venezuela and is a fluent Spanish speaker.  Her passions are cooking and traveling when she is not working at Terralargo as a Lifestyles Administrator since 2014.

Jana Malik

Lifestyle Director - Solivita

Born and raised in Florida, Jana graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management from one of the top hospitality Universities in the nation, Florida International University, located in Miami, FL. With over 12 years of Lifestyles Activities experience, it her consistent goal to provide the best events to the residents in the community she serves.

Justine Tucker

Lifestyle Director - Victoria Park

Born and raised in DeLand Florida, Justine graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management. With over 6 years of Lifestyle Activities experience, Justine continues to bring new and exciting trends to her Lifestyle Program at Victoria Park.

Jamie Gilbert

Lifestyle Director - Trevesta

Jamie Gilbert came to Evergreen with 7 years of experience in Event planning and Catering management sales for Golf and Country Clubs, and a Marriott Hotel in the Central Florida area. She also has leadership skills from working as Customer Service office Staff and a Team Leader at Publix for 3 years. Jamie was born and raised and also graduated High School in Central Florida. She is excited to bring her positive leadership skills and great customer service to her residents at Trevesta.

Adriane Espinoza

Lifestyle Director - Lucaya Lake Club

After 24 years of military moves, Adriane and her family have made South Tampa their permanent home. She was previously a Dental Assistant, and is very excited to be a part of the Evergreen family. Event planning has always been a dream of hers. She loves spending time with her husband and 4 kids.

Giselle Rodriguez

Originally from Leominster, Massachusetts Giselle moved to Florida quickly after graduating High school in 2007. Giselle obtained her Associates degree in Medical Assistant in 2010. Giselle has 5 years’ experience working in a variety of positions at Bellalago from membership, fitness and lifestyle event coordinating.  She enjoys travelling with her husband and is passionate about working in worship/youth ministry at church.

Rudy Bautista

Director of Association Site Services

Rudy comes with 14 years’experience and knowledge in the horticulture industry, lawn maintenance and agronomy and landscape installation field. He has been certified for GI-BMP, Rain Bird Irrigation Training and Hunter Irrigation Courses. He is also well versed with PRO Landscape Design software series.
