Aventura Isles in Miami had a complete staff change in 2016. The Assistant Manager is Dani Reyes; the Administrative Assistant is Jessica Wooden; and the Compliance Manager is Maria Perlaza. This NEW Aventura staff has brought this community to new heights! There have been challenges along the way, but the staff has worked very hard to get the property where it is today. We’ve hired a new security company, installed the second community playground, and Traffic Hawks were installed to reduce speeders in the community.
Throughout 2016 the staff did a wonderful job of creating a perfect atmosphere for a lifestyle community, allowing residents to enjoy the events curated just for them. The team goes above and beyond to make Aventura a fun place to live for the many residents day after day. With the direction of Dani, the team has worked with the BOD President to implement new procedures for guest entry and has worked diligently with security to make Aventura a safe place to live. The community grows everyday under this fine staff.
