Realizing that life is more than just the day in day out, Michael choose paths that will challenge his skills and utilize passions to help others. As the Clubhouse Manager, he is dedicated to the call to not only manage the amenities, but manage relationships with residents and coworkers. Managing is more than just a job, it’s a lifestyle that in a way, we are all called to. Michael hopes to infuse joy and unity within the community so it is more than just a development, but a place people can call home and enjoy each and every day.
Ken comes to Evergreen with over a decade of Community Association and CDD experience with team management, portfolio management, on-site management, as well as administrative, financial analysis, and accounting experience. Additionally, he has nearly two decades of experience in retail, financial planning, business consulting, and commercial real estate. Ken received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Florida – Hough Graduate School of Business. Being the son of two teachers, Ken enjoys helping clients and team members grow, learn, and become better. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, at the beach or in the mountains.
