Ken comes to Evergreen with over a decade of Community Association and CDD experience with team management, portfolio management, on-site management, as well as administrative, financial analysis, and accounting experience. Additionally, he has nearly two decades of experience in retail, financial planning, business consulting, and commercial real estate. Ken received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Florida – Hough Graduate School of Business. Being the son of two teachers, Ken enjoys helping clients and team members grow, learn, and become better. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, at the beach or in the mountains.
After serving in the US Army, Cheri decided to get her CAM and Real Estate Licenses. She has over 25 years’ experience including both portfolio and on-site management, Senior Management Director as well as 3 years as a legal assistant in community association law. Cheri’s strengths include planning and organizational skills together with proven resourcefulness and initiative which enable the successful management of numerous tasks simultaneously
