2016 has been one amazing and exciting rollercoaster ride, full of many twists, turns and loops for our Customer Care Department. I am happy to say that we are going into the New Year with a new and improved Customer Care team and platform, ready to take on the world! Our new team has already faced many changes since September 1, 2016 when we decided to completely revamp our department. We have new team members, new procedures, and a brand new take on how to provide World Class Customer Service to all of our callers. Already we have received great feedback and a very positive response to the changes we have implemented and we are looking forward to raising the bar and being the best Customer Care team throughout the Property Management industry.
